Rules, terms, and guidelines governing participation in the Fuego AI Affiliate Programme — including commissions, payouts, and promotional conduct.

The Fuego AI Affiliate Programme allows individuals and businesses to earn commissions by promoting Fuego AI products and services. By joining the programme, affiliates agree to comply with this Affiliate Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.
To become an affiliate, you must complete the official registration process and provide accurate payment information. Fuego AI reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Affiliates earn a 40% recurring commission on all qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link. Commissions recur monthly for as long as the referred customer remains an active, paying subscriber — with no cap on total earnings.
All new customer purchases are subject to a 7-day trial period. During this period, commissions are marked as pending and are not eligible for payout. A sale is considered approved only after the 7-day trial period has concluded without a refund or chargeback.
Approved commissions are paid in cryptocurrency — USDT (TRC-20) on the TRON network, or USDT-ERC-20 on Ethereum. Affiliates are responsible for providing a valid wallet address. Fuego AI is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.
Affiliates must use the Fuego AI brand name exactly as provided and refrain from altering product names, logos, or branding materials. All promotional activities must be honest, transparent, and must not misrepresent the platform, its features, or its expected results.
Affiliates may not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive marketing practices. Bidding on Fuego AI branded keywords for paid advertising without written permission is strictly prohibited. Impersonating Fuego AI or presenting yourself as an employee or official representative is not permitted.
If a referred customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback at any time, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate's balance. Fuego AI reserves the right to offset future commissions to recover any refunded amounts.
Fuego AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of this policy or for any activity deemed harmful to the company or its reputation. Upon termination, any unpaid or pending commissions may be forfeited.
By joining and participating in the Fuego AI Affiliate Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Affiliate Policy in its entirety. Continued participation following any policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
